This roundtable provides an opportunity for academics and researchers, community-based organizations, NGOs, policymakers and stakeholders to discuss the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on both public health and the economy. The roundtable will also include a discussion on measures taken by governments at the level of OECD countries, including Kosovo, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The roundtable aims to answer whether the implementation of stringent measures to close the sectors of the economy, protect human health and preserve the national economy were inevitable.
