European Summer Music Academy – ESMA 2019 also in Peja, this year for the first time is being held in Peja at the Faculty of Arts at “Haxhi Zeka” University in Peja. In this edition in Peja from August 23 to August 30, 2019 are developing these master clasess:
Flute (Michèle Becker France/Germany)
Clarinet (Jordi Pons, Spain/Switzerland)
Trumpet (Ladislav Kozderka, Czech Republic)
Young musicians (ages 13 to 27) from Southeast European countries and beyond have the opportunity to take classes, various insights, tips and demonstrations on relevant instruments from prominent European professors and also to meet and share music and life experiences with their colleagues from different European countries.
Participants in ESMA 2019 will also have the opportunity to take part in some piano chamber music courses as well as sting and wind instruments.
UHZ management was very pleased with this event and said that such events at this University will be held annually. Vice-Rector for Teaching Affairs Prof.Asoc.Dr. Sabiha Shala expressed her satisfaction with the mobility of the students of the Faculty of Arts and other participants.
ESMA 2019 is being led by its Executive and Artistic Director, Mr. Desar Sulejmani in collaboration with local organizations Artium Eudora – ArtEU (Prishtina / Peja / Gjakova) and Kosovo Arts (Mitrovica).
Lectures, master classes and concerts are being held at the Faculty of Arts in Peja.
