Following the initiative of the University “Haxhi Zeka” to intensify cooperation with all municipalities in the Dukagjini region, the Rector of UHZ, prof.dr. Armand Krasniqi also visited today the Municipality of Deçan, where he was received by the Mayor Mr. Bashkim Ramosaj and his collaborators.
Rector Krasniqi, superficially informed Mayor Ramosaj about the developments at the university, its strategy and recent action plans. With special emphasis, the rector informed about the organization of the summer university, which is being organized for the first time by UHZ. This activity has an international character and starts on June 24, while it takes place in six courses at the university facilities in Peja with foreign and local professors.
Mayor Ramosaj thanked the guests for the visit and expressed his readiness to support the summer university. At the end of the meeting, the rector and the major signed a cooperation agreement.
