I have the pleasure and respect that on the occasion of 8th of March – Women’s Day, on my behalf and on behalf of the University “Haxhi Zeka”, to express my sincere congratulations to all mothers, wives and sisters in general. While, in particular, expresses gratitude and best wishes to the teachers, employees in the administration and students of the University “Haxhi Zeka”.
