In the premises of the “Haxhi Zeka” university, a work meeting is held with the expert engaged by HERAS + for the monitoring of the Strategic Plan and the review of the Strategic Plan 2023-2025 of the UHZ.
The representatives from HERAS, the expert engaged by HERAS, as well as the participants who drafted the new Strategic Plan of the UHZ, were present at the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, rector Krasniqi thanked HERAS+ for the continuous support for the UHZ, underlining that this support has eased the difficulties encountered in achieving the objectives set by the UHZ.
It was also discussed about other activities that will be supported by HERAS, which are a priority for our institution, such as:
- Increase of academic and administrative staff capacities on conceiving, preparation, presentation, submission and implementation of projects financed by the EU;
- Development of guidelines for performance evaluation of the academic staff;
- Support for the creation of the Center for Excellence;
- Reviewing of the institutional Self Evaluation Report – SER.
The purpose of the meeting was to inform and present the work done so far, as well as to schedule the next workshop to be held during the first half of September.
