Inauguration of the reading corner in UHZ
Representatives of the Organization for Quality Enhancement in Education – ORCA, visited today the University “Haxhi Zeka”, and were hosted by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Edmond Beqiri, and his associates, as well as student representatives from the Student Parliament.
The purpose of the visit was the inauguration of the reading corner, a project funded by ORCA grants, within the QAINT project, supported by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) and implemented by students of the University “Haxhi Zeka” in Peja.
Under the motto “Share Knowledge”, for the enrichment of the “Reading Corner”, many titles of books from different fields of study were received, which were specially chosen for UHZ by ORCA.
Vice Rector Beqiri greeted the participants on behalf of Rector Prof.dr. Armand Krasniqi and the senior management of UHZ, and expressed special thanks for this donation. The professor emphasized that the library is the epicenter of knowledge in the most well-known universities around the world, and this is exactly our vision within the strategic objectives for the university campus.
