As part of the International Summer University, UNISUM 2026 program, Haxhi Zeka University hosted a memorable social evening that brought together international and local participants, academic staff, researchers, and guests in an atmosphere of friendship, cultural exchange, and collaboration.
Following a series of engaging academic sessions, the evening provided an informal setting where participants had the opportunity to continue discussions, share experiences, and establish new professional and personal connections. Beyond the lecture halls, the event highlighted the importance of networking as a key element in building sustainable international partnerships and future collaborative initiatives.
The program featured traditional Albanian music and a selection of authentic local dishes, offering guests a genuine taste of the hospitality and rich cultural traditions of the Dukagjini region. Participants enjoyed an evening filled with conversation, music, and cultural performances that reflected the identity and values of the local community.
The event also served as a platform for promoting intercultural dialogue, encouraging participants from different countries and academic backgrounds to learn from one another and celebrate diversity. Such moments strengthen the international dimension of UNISUM 2026 by creating an environment where academic cooperation is complemented by mutual understanding and respect.
The social evening was co-financed by University “Haxhi Zeka”, FER-D and the Agency for Financing in Kosovo (AfK).
