“Competent student- Experienced Graduate”
Projekti ndërkombëtar NAWA 2, i financuar nga Fondacioni NAWA dhe i mbështetur nga Komisioni Evropian, ka nisur zyrtarisht me takimin e parë “kick-off” të mbajtur në Opole të Polonisë. Ky projekt, i cili është vazhdim i fazës së mëparshme që kishte përfunduar dy vite më parë, synon zhvillimin e kompetencave të qëndrueshme të studentëve evropianë. Në projekt marrin pjesë gjithsej 45 studentë nga pesë universitete partnere, me nga nëntë studentë për secilin institucion. Ata do të punojnë në grupe ndërkombëtare përmes projekteve të vogla të menaxhuara nga ekspertë të universiteteve pjesëmarrëse, duke fituar përvojë praktike dhe shkathtësi të avancuara profesionale.
Aktivitetet e projektit do të zhvillohen përgjatë pesë workshop-eve kryesore. I pari do të mbahet në Universitetin Mendel në Brno, Çeki, nga 16 deri më 20 shkurt 2026, me fokus në zhvillimin e potencialit të qëndrueshëm të studentëve në ekonominë bashkëkohore. Më pas, nga 27 deri më 30 prill 2026, Universiteti “Aleksandër Moisiu” në Durrës do të presë workshop-in e dytë, i cili trajton kompetencat e qëndrueshme në turizëm dhe vlerësimin e potencialeve turistike e trashëgimisë kombëtare. Workshop-i i tretë do të mbahet në Universitetin “Haxhi Zeka” në Pejë, nga 1 deri më 5 shtator 2026, me temë të përqendruar në trashëgiminë kulturore dhe historike dhe rëndësinë e ruajtjes së saj në shoqërinë moderne. Nga 1 deri më 6 nëntor 2027, Universiteti i Valencias në Spanjë do të organizojë aktivitetin e radhës me fokus në menaxhimin e burimeve njerëzore, një institucion që krenohet me një traditë mbi 550-vjeçare. Takimi përmbyllës i projektit do të mbahet në Universitetin e Opoles në Poloni, në shkurt 2027, ku do të zhvillohet edhe mbyllja zyrtare.
Studentët pjesëmarrës do të pajisen me nga një certifikatë dhe 1 ECTS kredit për secilin workshop. Në përfundim të projektit, ata do të marrin edhe një certifikatë të përbashkët që vërteton fitimin e 5 ECTS krediteve gjithsej. Projekti NAWA 2 synon të forcojë bashkëpunimin ndërkombëtar midis universiteteve, të rrisë kompetencat profesionale dhe ndërkulturore të studentëve dhe të krijojë rrjete afatgjata akademike e profesionale, duke u ofruar atyre një mundësi të vlefshme për përgatitje dhe zhvillim për tregun modern të punës në Evropë.
The international project “NAWA 2” begins with five European partner universities
“Competent Student – Experienced Graduate”
The international NAWA 2 project, funded by the NAWA Foundation and supported by the European Commission, has officially begun with the first “kick-off” meeting held in Opole, Poland. This project, which is a continuation of the previous phase that concluded two years ago, aims to develop sustainable competencies among European students. A total of 45 students from five partner universities are participating in the project, with nine students from each institution. They will work in international groups through small projects managed by experts from the participating universities, gaining practical experience and advanced professional skills.
The project activities will take place across five main workshops. The first will be held at Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic, from 16 to 20 February 2026, focusing on the development of sustainable potential for students in the contemporary economy. Next, from 27 to 30 April 2026, the “Aleksandër Moisiu” University in Durrës will host the second workshop, which addresses sustainable competencies in tourism and the assessment of tourism potential and national heritage. The third workshop will take place at “Haxhi Zeka” University in Pejë, from 1 to 5 September 2026, focusing on cultural and historical heritage and its importance in modern society. From 1 to 6 November 2027, the University of Valencia in Spain will organize the next activity, centered on management with a particular focus on human resource management; this university is renowned for its more than 550-year-old tradition. The final meeting of the project will be held at the University of Opole in Poland, in February 2027, where the official closing ceremony will also take place.
Participating students will receive a certificate and 1 ECTS credit for each workshop. At the end of the project, they will also receive a joint certificate confirming the completion of a total of 5 ECTS credits. The NAWA 2 project aims to strengthen international cooperation among universities, enhance students’ professional and intercultural competencies, and create long-term academic and professional networks, offering them a valuable opportunity for preparation and development for the modern European labor market.
