The University "Haxhi Zeka" has published the report of the roundtable discussion "Identifying Needs for Strengthening the Hospitality Management Component", which summarizes the implementation of the event, the key findings of the empirical research, the panel discussions, and the recommendations for advancing higher education in the field of hospitality management. The report documents the dialogue between the University, public institutions, the hospitality industry, and professional organizations, with a focus on aligning academic study programs with the actual needs of the labor market and strengthening university–industry cooperation.
The event, organized by the Faculty of Tourism, Hospitality and Environment Management of the University "Haxhi Zeka", brought together representatives of public institutions, the academic community, the hospitality sector, professional organizations, and businesses.
