"Haxhi Zeka" University continues to strengthen its regional partnerships by signing a Cooperation Agreement with "Fan S. Noli" Universityin Korçë, Albania.
The Agreement was signed by the Rector of "Haxhi Zeka" University, Prof. Dr. Armand Krasniqiand the Rector of "Fan S. Noli" University, Prof. Dr. Lorenc Ekonomi, with the aim of enhancing institutional cooperation in the fields of higher education, scientific research, and internationalization.
The delegation from "Haxhi Zeka" University, composed of Rector Prof. Dr. Armand Krasniqi, Dean of the Faculty of Agribusiness Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Hoxha, and Dean of the Faculty of Tourism, Hospitality and Environment Management Prof. Dr. Afrim Selimaj, held a working meeting with the leadership of "Fan S. Noli" University to discuss concrete opportunities for collaboration between the two institutions.
During the meeting, both parties highlighted the similarities and complementary strengths of their academic programs, establishing a solid foundation for the development of joint academic and research activities. It was agreed that cooperation would be further strengthened at the faculty level through the organization of collaborative initiatives in teaching, research, and academic development.
Particular attention was given to enhancing cooperation between the Career Offices of the two universities. The partnership will focus on exchanging best practices in career guidance, organizing joint activities with employers, expanding internship opportunities, and increasing graduate employability.
The two institutions also expressed their commitment to deepening collaboration in the preparation and implementation of joint projects, particularly within European funding programmes and regional initiatives. These efforts are expected to create new opportunities for institutional development, innovation, and internationalization.
This partnership represents another significant milestone in the strategic vision of "Haxhi Zeka" University to build sustainable international partnerships that contribute to excellence in higher education, advance scientific research, and create greater opportunities for students and academic staff.
