Professor Deepa Jha from Washington State University – Carson College of Business visit "Haxhi Zeka" University“. Professor Jha was received by the rector prof. dr. Armand Krasniqi, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Quality Improvement, prof.dr. Edmond Beqiri, Coordinator for International Cooperation, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alma Shehu.
Rector Krasniqi briefly introduced the “Haxhi Zeka” University and the management’s vision for institutional development, in terms of specific programs required by the market. Vice-Rector Beqiri, on the other hand, emphasized that advancing cooperation with American universities is always welcome, with special emphasis on the exchange of expertise in the field of tourism and international business.
Professor Jha expressed his satisfaction with the visit to "Haxhi Zeka" University. During his conversation, he emphasized that during the two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, he has taught online classes for students of the Faculty of Tourism, Hospitality and Environment and that he is ready to continue to contribute to "Haxhi Zeka" University in the future.
Professor Jha, accompanied by Assoc. Prof. Dr.Enkeleda Lulaj visited the Faculty of Business and the Faculty of Tourism, Hospitality and Environmental Management where he was received by the deans of the respective units. He will stay for 3 days at the "Haxhi Zeka" University and will give lectures to the students of these two faculties.
