Practical Work Manual
This manual has been prepared to serve students of the "Haxhi Zeka" University in Peja, and enterprises that are interested in offering practical work to students of this institution.
The Internship Manual will serve as a guide to guide the work of the Career Guidance and Counseling Center and inform students about the criteria and steps to follow to benefit from internships. It will also serve as an information resource for companies that are interested in participating in the internship program and contributing to their community by training the new workforce with the skills needed to enter the labor market.
The manual includes the responsibilities of the internship coordinator or the Career Development Center within the University, the responsibilities of the student, and the responsibilities of the enterprise; the basic rules and main stages of internship; and the necessary forms for internship.
The manual is a dynamic document that may change depending on the needs of the faculties at the University level, and the requirements of enterprises that may emerge during the implementation period of the internship program.
