Competition for the admission of students to the first year of basic Bachelor studies 2023-2024

The Senate of the "Haxhi Zeka" University in Peja, based on the competencies determined under Article 102 of the University Statute, at the meeting held on 06.07.2023 and based on the decision of the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation Ref. No. 01B/2747 dated 07.07.2023, approves the proposals of the academic units for the announcement of:

COMPETITION
for the admission of students to the first year of basic studies – Bachelor in the academic year
2023/2024

COMPETITION DEADLINES

For student registration in the first year of studies, the schedules will be as follows:

1. The submission of documents lasts from 10.07.2023 to 24.07.2023 from 09:00 to 15:00 (documents will be accepted every day except Sunday).
2. Upon application, candidates must bring the following documents:
   a. Birth certificate/extract (original),
   b. Transcripts of all high school grades (original, notarized or duplicate),
   c. High school diploma or matura certificate, if there was a matura exam (original, notarized or duplicate),
   d. Copy of ID card,
   e. The completed application form is downloaded during the online application from the Internet: The link for online competition via the Internet is: apliko.unhz.eu
   f. Decision on the recognition of education abroad.
3. When applying, all candidates are required to submit the necessary documents as in point 2 to the counters of the respective faculties.
4. Documents under points b) and c) may be accepted in duplicate only if they are proven by a certificate from the competent authorities for loss, damage, theft, etc. PS After issuing duplicate documents, the original documents cannot be used by the candidate since this action is considered a criminal offense.
5. Announcements and schedules for the location of the entrance exams can be obtained from the respective faculties, as well as from the websites of these faculties. The dates for the entrance exams in the various faculties are announced below:
   The entrance exam will be held on 26.07.2023 according to the following schedule:
6. Faculty of Business 26.07.2023 starts at 10.00
7. Faculty of MTHM 26.07.2023 starts at 10.00
8. Faculty of Agribusiness 26.07.2023 starts at 10.00
9. Faculty of Arts 26.07.2023 starts at 09.00
10. All candidates for the entrance exam must possess one of the following identification documents: ID card, passport or driver's license, without which they cannot take the entrance exam. The use of mobile phones is prohibited during the entrance exam!
11. The announcement of the preliminary results of the entrance exam will be made, no later than 27.07.2023 on the website of the respective faculty. The announcement of the final results will be made on 04.08.2023. .
12. Candidates are recommended to make sufficient copies of their documents before applying for the competition, as original/notarized documents will not be available until graduation or deregistration from the faculty.

You will be notified in due course of the opening of the competition for the bachelor's degree "Information Technology in Business and Economics" in the coming days.

For upis students na privijo godini basic studies, your schedule is as follows:

1. Podnoše documentation traje od 10.07.2023 do 24.07.2023 sa prijem od 09:00 do 15:00 chamina (prijem dokumentation će se vysvrati svako dana sem nedjelje.
2. During the application, the candidate must submit the following documentation:
   a) Izvod rojdenih/Extract (original),
   b) Svjedočanstva svih klasna sredné škole (original, noterizovano ili duplicat),
   c) Diploma or high school diploma, if you have a maturski exam (original, notarized or duplicate),
   d) Copy of ID card,

   f) Decision o prizanju (nostrification) školovanja van zemlje.

5. Obavještenja i ražeštenja za mjesto mevneštani prijemnog spita mogu se dobiti na prvičitem fakultatu, kao i na internet stražni institucije. The date of the prijemnog spita su was determined and continued.

10. Na prijemnom ispitu svi kandidatina mora posijeati jedan od nejednej dokumentu: ličnu kartu, pasoš, vočirsku permisenci, tj. dokumenta bez kojih ne mogu da sozurijuju na prijenom ispitu.
    Tokom prijemnog espita, prisupt mobilnim telefoniima je probant.
11. Objavljivanje rezultata sa prijemnog espita će se realizovati najdalje do 27.07.2023 na internet strazini fakultet. The final result was completed on 04.08.2023.
