Competition for admission of new students to master's studies for the academic year 2023-2024

The Senate of the "Haxhi Zeka" University in Peja, based on the competencies determined under Article 102 of the University Statute, at the meeting held on 27.09.2023 and based on the decision of the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation Ref. No. 01B/2747 dated 07.07.2023, approves the proposals of the academic units for the announcement of:

COMPETITION

for the admission of students to the first year of postgraduate studies - Master for the academic year 2023/2024

III. COMPETITION DEADLINES

For student registration in the first year of studies, the schedules will be as follows:

1. The submission of documents lasts from the date 28.09.2023 to 12.10.2023 from 09:00 -15:00 (documents will be accepted every day except Sunday)
2. Upon application, candidates must bring the following documents:

• The completed application form which is downloaded during the online application from the internet: The link for the Online application via the Internet is: http://apliko.unhz.eu
• birth certificate/extract (original),
• the original or notarized diploma, or the diploma certificate – original or notarized,
• proof of accreditation of the higher education institution (for candidates who have completed their studies abroad and in private institutions of higher education of the Republic of Kosovo).

3.  The entrance exam will be held on 13.10.2023 according to the following schedule:

• Faculty of Business 13.10.2023 at 10:00
• Faculty of Law  13.10.2023 at 10:00
• Faculty of Mechanical Engineering 13.10.2023 at 12:00
• Faculty of Agribusiness 13.10.2023 at 10:00
• Faculty of Arts 13.10.2023  at 09:00

4. All candidates for the entrance exam must possess one of the following identification documents: ID card, passport or driver's license, without one of which they cannot take the entrance exam.

The use of mobile phones is prohibited during the entrance exam!

5. The announcement of the preliminary results of the entrance exam will be made on 13.10.2023.

V. ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINAL RESULTS AND REGISTRATION OF ADMITTED CANDIDATES

1. The final results based on the decision of the appeals committee will be announced no later than 18.10.2023.

2. Registration and photographing of accepted candidates will take place on 19.10.2023 and 20.10.2023 for all faculties from 09:00 to 15:00 in the Faculty of Law building.

3. Candidates accepted for registration must submit:

• Completed registration form (which is generated when taking a photo at the UHZ Central Administration, where registration takes place)
• Two 6×4 cm photographs

4. Candidates who have not managed to register within the deadlines set out above can register no later than 01.11.2023, at 15:00. Outside this deadline, accepted candidates will not be able to register due to the closure of the Higher Education Information Management System (HEMIS), so they are kindly requested to adhere to the above deadline.

III. RASPORED (ROKOVI) COMPETITION

For upis studentsa na pravijo godini postdiplomskih (Master) studies, your schedule is as follows:

1. Podnoše dokumentation traje from 28.09.2023 to 12.10.2023 as of the beginning 09:00 -15:00 (I will receive the documentation that you will see every day, not on Sundays)
2. During the application, the candidate must submit the following documentation:  

a) Run the application, which can download as many internet sites as online applications (http://apliko.unhz.eu);

b) Izvod rođenih/Extract (original);

c) Original ili noterizovanu diplomamu, tačniej pokuštu o diplomiranju;

d) Evidence of the accreditation of visokoškolskih institutions (for candidates who have not yet completed their studies in the Republic of Kosovo);

3. Take the exam that will be held on 13.10.2023 with the following schedule:

• Faculty of Business 13.10.2023 at 10.00 a.m.
• Faculty of Law 13.10.2023 at 10.00 a.m.
• Fakultet za Menadžment u Turizmu, Hotelojerstvu i Okolini 13.10.2023 at 12.00 o'clock
• Faculty of Agribusiness 13.10.2023 at 10.00 a.m.
• Faculty of Arts 13.10.2023 at 09.00 hours

4. Svi kandidi na prijenom ispitu mora sijesti jedan od nejednej identificacionih documents: ličnu kartu, pasoš ili vočirsku permisenci, bez koje ne mogu poloziti prijemni ispit.

5. The preliminary result of prijemnog spita will be published 13.10.2023.

V. OBJAVA KONAČNIH RESULT OF UPIS PRIMLJENIH CANDIDATA

3. To be accepted, the candidate must submit:

a) Fill out the application (koja se uzima tokom upisa u Centralnoj Administraciji UHZ);

b) Two pictures, format 6 x 4 cm;

4. The candidate who failed to apply by the above mentioned deadline, can apply no later than 01.11.2023, by 15:00. Van ovog roka, accepted the candidate who won't be able to register because of the closure of the Sistema za Upravljana Informacija o Visokom Obrazovanju (SUIVO), s toga vas molimo da se sistema gore navemint rokima.
