The staff of the Career Development Office, in collaboration with Professor Bekë Kuqi, within the framework of the course Tourism and Hospitality Management, realizuan një vizitë studimore në Hotel Seraphine Plaza.
During this visit, the students were welcomed by the hotel's senior manager, Mr. Denis Cocaj, who shared with them professional experiences and detailed information on the overall functioning of the hotel. The students had the opportunity to get up close and personal with the management processes, organization and operational structure, as well as to ask questions regarding professional practices in the field of tourism and hospitality.
The students also met with graduates of Haxhi Zeka University (UHZ), who are currently holding managerial positions in the hotel. This meeting provided the students with first-hand knowledge about the professional journey, challenges and career opportunities after completing their studies.
The visit was considered a very valuable experience for the students' professional development, contributing to strengthening the connection between theoretical knowledge and real practice in the tourism and hospitality industry.
