Project implementation begins ‘"Transformational Learning through Study Visits and Internships in Various Sectors of the Tourism Industry"’ THE UHZ-That – funded by HERAS+.
The project offers a collaborative program between students of ''Haxhi Zeka'' University, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and potential employers, which aims to foster transformative learning.
Project goal:
The project's primary goal is to integrate theory and practice to facilitate students' transition from their academic studies to the labor market through best practices, gaining experience from conversations and lectures with managers from various sectors of the tourism industry, as well as from workshops focused on developing the skills necessary for employment.
Project objectives:
It is intended that at the end of the project, students will be able to understand the basics of accessing the labor market through effective communication, work ethics, and the use of English in the workplace, which are essential in creating new, high-performing employees.
