"Haxhi Zeka" University in Peja It is continuously rising in terms of the quality and scientific works of the academic staff.
The library, scientific researchers and the University were also added a scientific monograph by the professor Faculty of Law also Vice-Dean, prof. assoc. dr. Petrit Nimani, entitled “Electoral Systems in the Western Balkans with Special Emphasis on the Republic of Kosovo”.
This scientific monograph will serve all legal and political science researchers studying electoral systems at UHZ, but also in other countries.
We emphasize that the author, Professor Nimani, has continuously published papers and university textbooks, which serve the University for local and international researchers.
