Office for Quality Assurance and Evaluation

The duties of the Office for Quality Assurance and Evaluation are:

The Office supports the KMCV in initiating and coordinating initiatives and in the continuous implementation of quality assurance and improvement;

Implements the Quality Assurance Activity Plan approved by the KMCV;

Collect quality and evaluation information from all system stakeholders within the University;

In cooperation with the KMCV and the Quality Assurance and Evaluation Coordinators, organizes the internal evaluation process according to the Quality Assurance Guide, through questionnaires and other instruments provided in the Guide;

Distributes questionnaires, collects, processes and evaluates data from the assessed areas;

Provides support to Ad Hoc Commissions in the process of evaluating existing study programs, as well as in periodic internal evaluation procedures;

Provides administrative support in the internal evaluation procedures of the University's quality assurance system;

Provides support to academic units through Quality Assurance and Assessment Coordinators;

Collects, processes and analyzes the data necessary for compiling the annual work report;

Coordinates the work in support of academic units for the process of institutional Re/Accreditation and study program Re/Accreditation, based on KAA guidelines and standards;

Maintains and reviews new/accreditation process documentation, prepares relevant reports and analyses.
