50 students Faculty of Agribusiness THE Haxhi Zeka University in Peja with the dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nexhdet Shala conducted a study visit to the flour factory M&Sillos in Xërxë, Rahovec.
They were also accompanied by the vice-dean of this academic unit, the director of the Career Development Office, and two assistants.
The purpose of the visit was for students of the Food Technology department to become closely acquainted with the flour production process, as well as by-products and animal feed.
M&Sillosi is a leading company in the region for these types of products. Dean Shala thanked the factory management for the opportunity to visit. He stated that study visits and professional practices are very important for the advancement of students in their careers.
Such visits are planned to be organized by the DDK in the future with students from all academic units.
