The management of the "Haxhi Zeka" University in Peja has concluded today the cycle of meetings with academic units, through a visit and constructive discussion with the academic and administrative staff of the Faculty of Arts, one of the most specific and important creative units of the university.
During this meeting, the initial ideas and proposals for the Strategic Plan 2026–2030 were presented and discussed, marking the continuation of the first phase of the comprehensive process of drafting the new institutional vision and mission. The Rector of UHZ, Prof. Dr. Armand Krasniqi, together with close associates, emphasized the importance of the active engagement of the Faculty of Arts, as a unit with a special role in the cultural, creative and artistic development of the university, the wider community, as well as in strengthening the presence of UHZ at the national and international levels through artistic projects, cultural collaborations and academic initiatives that promote Kosovar art and creativity in the global arena.
The discussions focused on the need to more strongly integrate art, culture, innovation and creativity into the university's strategic framework, as well as on increasing collaborations with cultural, artistic and academic institutions at the local and international levels.
As in the previous days' meetings with the Faculty of Business, the Faculty of Tourism, Hospitality and Environmental Management, and the Faculty of Law, this meeting took place in a professional and collaborative atmosphere, marking UHZ's clear commitment to a transparent and inclusive process.
"Haxhi Zeka" University remains committed to building a Strategic Plan 2026–2030 that reflects contemporary developments in higher education, innovation, creativity, scientific research, digitalization and international cooperation - aiming for a clear, modern vision oriented towards European standards.
