Within the framework of the GreenWB, University Haxhi Zeka, in cooperation with the Chamber of Trade and Industry Kosova, has held a series of meetings with some of the largest local businesses in the Peja region.
The meetings were conducted with representatives of Elmont Residence, Cenaj Arkitekt, Elkos Group, and EGI Group, with the aim of discussing and presenting the services offered by the University of Haxhi Zeka’s Sustainability Laboratory – Helixa, established as part of the Sustainable Living Labs initiative.
During these meetings, representatives of the University of Haxhi Zeka presented the capacities and services of the Helixa laboratory, with a particular focus on supporting innovation, product development, and the adoption of sustainable practices by businesses. One of the key services highlighted was 3D printing for prototyping, which enables companies to design, test, and improve new or existing products in line with their specific needs.
This initiative aims to strengthen the link between academia and the private sector by creating concrete opportunities for knowledge transfer, co-creation of innovative solutions, and support for the green transformation of businesses in Kosovo. Through the Helixa laboratory and the GreenWB project, the University of Haxhi Zeka continues to position itself as an active partner for the business community and regional sustainable development.
The University of Haxhi Zeka, together with its project partners, will continue to implement similar activities, with the goal of expanding cooperation with the private sector and building an innovative and sustainable ecosystem at both local and national levels.
