Professional training for UHZ students and graduates on mental health

A group of UHZ students and graduates received training within the framework of the project “The Role of Mental Health in Youth”, a project funded by the Directorate for Culture, Youth and Sports and implemented by the “ALUMNI-UNHZ” Association – Peja. The training was organized in cooperation with the Career Development Office of “Haxhi Zeka” University.

Participants in this training had the opportunity to engage in professional discussions and practical exercises related to the importance of mental health among young people.

Lecturer Arnisa Aliqkaj AND Zanfina Raja conducted the session with high professional commitment, offering a positive approach and oriented towards the personal and emotional development of young people. The dynamic atmosphere and constructive energy of the participants contributed to a successful and practically impactful training.

During the training, key topics such as managing emotions, developing self-reflection skills, and building healthy routines that support psychological well-being and daily performance were addressed.

"Haxhi Zeka" University and the Alumni Association remain committed to developing activities that empower young people and contribute to the promotion of mental health in the community.
