On 08 February 2026, international and local students and professors of UNIWIN visited the Rugova Gorge and Bogë, two of the most significant natural and tourism attractions in Kosovo
The visit was organized as part of UNIWIN’s academic and cultural activities, aiming to enhance students’ understanding of natural heritage, tourism development, and sustainable practices.
During the visit, professors and students explored the unique landscapes of Rugova Gorge and Bogë, gaining firsthand insight into the region’s natural environment, biodiversity, and tourism potential. The activity also provided an opportunity for cultural exchange among international and local students, fostering intercultural understanding and collaboration.
This field visit contributed to experiential learning by linking academic knowledge with practical observation, while highlighting the importance of preserving natural resources and promoting sustainable tourism development.
