After concluding the cycle of consultative meetings with all academic units within the framework of the process of drafting the 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, today the management of "Haxhi Zeka" University has a dedicated meeting with the Central Administration of all, with the aim of photos in its role all, with the aim of the role in its function of ability.
During the meeting, the achievements of the institution over the past four years were presented and the initial ideas and proposals for the Strategic Plan 2026–2030 were discussed, focusing on increasing the efficiency of work processes, advancing digitalization, modernizing services, and strengthening cooperation between units. The Rector of UHZ, Prof. Dr. Armand Krasniqi emphasized that the Central Administration constitutes the organizational axis of the university, directly influencing the proper functioning of academic, administrative, and managerial processes.
In this context, emphasis was placed on the 5-year plans of UHZ, which include the complete modernization of administrative processes and the full functionalization of specialized centers, including UNI-NOVA - the University Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, which is expected to serve as an important pillar for the development of creativity, innovation and the connection of the university with the private sector and the community. The contribution of the administration, emphasized Rector Krasniqi, is crucial for the implementation of the new institutional vision and mission, which aims for sustainable, transparent functioning and in accordance with European standards of higher education.
It was emphasized that the success of these strategic objectives is preceded by a dynamic, harmonized central administration capable of coping with the demands of rapid institutional development. Close cooperation between the administration and academic units will be essential for the realization of the UHZ vision of a modern, innovative, open and fully oriented university towards European standards.
