As part of the International Winter University (UNIWIN), organized by Haxhi Zeka University, within the framework of academic activities, a guest lecture was held on 09 February 2026, featuring Prof. Dr. Fatih Sönmez as the invited speaker. During the lecture, Prof. Dr. Sönmez presented the topic “Production of Homemade Value-Added Products from Local Plants.”
The lecture was characterized by rich academic and practical content, generating significant interest among the participants. The presentation focused on methods for utilizing local plants in the production of homemade value-added products, as well as the importance of these practices in promoting sustainable development, preserving natural resources, and fostering innovation.
