Today, the management of “Haxhi Zeka” University held a working meeting with the academic and administrative staff of the Faculty of Agribusiness, where the initial ideas and proposals for the New Strategic Plan of UHZ for the period 2026–2030 were presented. This meeting marks the first phase of the comprehensive process of discussions and analyses for the new mission and vision of the university.
Prof. Dr. Armand Krasniqi, Rector of UHZ, in his speech highlighted the institutional achievements over the last four years, placing special emphasis on the need for sustainable development, strengthening scientific research and increasing the university’s contribution to the third mission – economic and social development. The Rector emphasized that this new phase of development, UHZ will build on new institutional entities, established by the Governing Council, with the aim of making the university a center of knowledge, innovation and social impact.
The meeting was characterized by constructive discussions, presentations of creative ideas and professional suggestions, which will be included in the objectives and tasks of the new strategic plan. The process is expected to continue with other consultation sessions with a comprehensive approach and dialogue with stakeholders, both inside and outside the university.
