Based on Articles 42, 47, 48 of the Statute of the "Haxhi Zeka" University in Peja, Regulation No. 1165, dated 23.5.2022, on the evaluation procedures for the engagement of external collaborators at UHZ, the Senate, at the meeting held on 15.12.2025, after reviewing the proposals of the academic units, decided to announce:
