ON THE EMPLOYABILITY AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF GRADUATES (ALUMNI)
Institute for Science and Arts is in the process of developing a research comprehensive for employability and professional development of graduates (alumni) of "Haxhi Zeka" University.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the current employment situation of graduates, as well as the level of match between the competencies acquired during university studies and the real demands of the labor market. Through this process, the aim is to identify challenges, opportunities and needs for improvement, with the aim of advancing academic programs and strengthening support mechanisms for the professional career development of students and graduates.
