Today, "Haxhi Zeka" University in Peja hosted a working meeting with the delegation of the Food and Veterinary Agency of the Republic of Kosovo, consisting of Ms. Iliriana Zymberaj, Director, Mr. Eroll Dhehu, Head of the Veterinary and Border Inspectorate, and Mr. Naim Delijaj, Phytosanitary Inspector. The delegation was received by Prof. dr. Armand Krasniqi, Rector of UHZ, Prof. dr. Ibrahim Hoxha, Dean of the Faculty of Agribusiness, as well as Prof. dr. Nexhdet Shala, Vice-Dean of the same faculty.
During the meeting, an open and friendly discussion took place regarding the possibilities of expanding institutional cooperation in areas of common academic, professional and research interest. It was emphasized that UHZ and AUVA have a long and stable history of cooperation, while today's visit reaffirmed the commitment of both parties to strengthening the partnership and developing new initiatives that contribute to the advancement of the agribusiness sector, food security and other important areas.
The meeting ended with the willingness of both institutions to concretize future projects and to continue the path of cooperation in the service of students' professional development and the building of scientific and practical capacities.
