INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION OFFICE
The International Cooperation Office is tasked with supporting the development of international inter-university cooperation, coordinating and advancing projects of a regional and international nature, and establishing connections with foreign institutions in the fields of education, science and research.
Duties and responsibilities
Supports the development of international inter-university cooperation through agreements and protocols;
Coordinates and supports regional and international projects of interest to UHZ;
Designs and implements projects that advance research and scientific work in collaboration with the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Quality Improvement;
Assists in establishing connections with foreign universities and advises professors in this process;
Collects data on national and international funds for the mobility of students and academic staff (e.g. DAAD, EU, Fulbright, British Council, etc.) and disseminates the information to faculties;
Provides information from relevant international institutions for education and cooperation;
Leads the University's Summer Program;
Participates as a member of committees for planning strategies for project implementation;
Assists the Rector and Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Quality Improvement in all matters related to international cooperation;
Also performs other tasks as requested by the manager.
reporting
For operational matters: reports to the Secretary General;
For professional matters: reports and coordinates work with the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Quality Improvement.
