Prof. Asoc. Dr. Olta Nexhipi is a university lecturer and business consultant based in Berlin, with over 15 years of experience in higher education, marketing, management, entrepreneurship, and project management. She currently teaches at Arden University Berlin and has previously held academic roles at Aleksandër Moisiu University, IU University of Applied Sciences, Macromedia University, and other international institutions. Her expertise includes curriculum development, strategic management, digital marketing, Erasmus+ collaboration, academic leadership, and business consulting. She holds a PhD in Marketing Management and has led academic programs, curriculum reforms, international projects, and student development initiatives.
