Në kuadër të projektit MetaTech 4.0, të financuar nga Bashkimi Evropian përmes programit Erasmus+, në ambientet e Universitetit “Haxhi Zeka” në Pejë është mbajtur takimi i radhës me grupet e interesit, që përfshijnë përfaqësues të arsimit profesional dhe sektorit industrial.
Takimi u organizua nën nikoqirin e UHZ-së, përkatësisht nga Prof. dr. Edmond Beqiri, koordinator i projektit. Pjesëmarrës në këtë aktivitet ishin përfaqësues të shkollës së mesme teknike I përfaqësues të bizneseve të sektorit të përpunimit të metaleve, të gjithë partnerë dhe bashkëpunëtorë në zbatimin e projektit. Qëllimi i takimit ishte informimi i pjesëmarrësve mbi fazën e ardhshme të projektit, e cila përfshin një trajnim tetëditor për përfaqësuesit e bizneseve.
Ky trajnim do të fokusohet në identifikimin e nevojave specifike të ndërmarrjeve industriale I përafrimin e tyre me kurrikulat e programeve të arsimit profesional, me synimin për të përmirësuar përputhjen ndërmjet ofertës edukative dhe kërkesave reale të tregut të punës.
Në fund të takimit, përfaqësuesit e bizneseve nënshkruan një memorandum mirëkuptimi, të ofruar nga Universiteti “Haxhi Zeka”, për të formalizuar bashkëpunimin në kuadër të aktiviteteve të projektit. Megjithëse një pjesë e madhe e bizneseve pjesëmarrëse në projekt nuk iu përgjigjën ftesës për këtë takim, pjesëmarrësit e pranishëm theksuan rëndësinë e vazhdimit të komunikimit dhe koordinimit të përbashkët për zbatimin sa më efikas të objektivave të projektit MetaTech 4.0.
UHZ organizes stakeholder meeting within the framework of the METATECH 4.0 project
As part of the MetaTech 4.0 project, financed by the European Union through the Erasmus+ program, the University “Haxhi Zeka” in Peja hosted the latest meeting with stakeholder groups, which included representatives from vocational education institutions and the industrial sector.
The meeting was organized under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Edmond Beqiri, project coordinator at UHZ. Participants in this activity included representatives from the Technical High School and from metal processing companies, all partners and collaborators in the implementation of the project. The purpose of the meeting was to inform participants about the next phase of the project, which involves an eight-day training program for company representatives.
This training will focus on identifying the specific needs of industrial enterprises and aligning them with the curricula of vocational education programs, with the aim of improving the match between educational offerings and real labor market demands. At the end of the meeting, business representatives signed a Memorandum of Understanding, provided by the University “Haxhi Zeka”, formalizing their cooperation within the project activities.
Although some of the companies involved in the project did not respond to the invitation, the participants present emphasized the importance of continued communication and joint coordination to ensure the effective implementation of the MetaTech 4.0 project objectives.
