Within the framework of the MetaTech 4.0 project, funded by the European Union through the Erasmus plus program, a certificate award ceremony marked the successful completion of training in Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacturing. The program brought together 14 participants from the business sector, academia, and technical secondary schools, providing them with practical, hands-on experience aligned with contemporary academic standards and industry requirements. The training combined theoretical knowledge with applied learning, enabling participants to strengthen their technical competencies in modern design and manufacturing processes.
In addition to developing expertise in CAD/CAM, participants enhanced their soft skills, innovative thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset. The training also included the practical use of 3D printing technologies, further equipping participants with relevant tools for real-world application in both educational and professional environments. This achievement represents an important step in fostering capacity building, knowledge transfer, and collaboration between education and industry, contributing to the advancement of skills needed for digital transformation in the manufacturing sector.
