Main project objective	This international project has a particular impact on promoting gender equality and empowering the role of women in higher education, by positioning the Faculty of Business and “Haxhi Zeka” University at the center of European discussions and developments:
Main project activities	1. Representation in the international COST network Prof. Vlora Berisha Dranqolli and Prof. Theranda Beqiri are active members of COST Action CA20137 VOICE, representing the Faculty of Business in a European scientific network focusing on gender equality in higher education. 2. Contribution to research and scientific reports as mentoring schemes in higher education presentations, in conferences etc.   3. Within the framework of this project, they have contributed with research reports, presentations and publications, which address the challenges and opportunities of gender equality in the university context in Kosovo and at the regional level. 4. Engagement in the “core group” and working groups Both professors are active members of the working groups and the core group, taking a leading role in shaping recommendations and strategies for promoting gender equality in the European higher education system. 5. Institutional impact and international visibility Through their participation, the Faculty of Business and “Haxhi Zeka” University have become a good example of integrating a gender perspective in higher education, increasing the visibility of the institution in the international arena of research and policymaking. 6. Creating a database on mentoring schemes etc.
