HZU students provide free legal aid

Students of Law Clinics of “Haxhi Zeka” University in Peja, installed the Tree of Rights in the town square of Peja by inviting citizens to learn more about their legal rights and the right to free legal aid.

Through this installation, citizens had the opportunity to express their views on the justice system and what they wanted to change to achieve equal rights for all.

The installation was visited by the Regional Legal Officer at the USAID Mission in Kosovo, Ms. Rebecca Hammel, which congratulated the students and the University for organizing the awareness raising activity.

This event was made possible with the support of the American people through the USAID Activity Justice Worth in Kosovo.
