All those interested in applying for master's level studies are hereby notified that on March 16, 2018, the Government of Kosovo approved ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUCTION (QRK) NO.03\/2018 ON FOREIGN LANGUAGES IN THE SECOND OR THIRD CYCLE STUDY PROGRAM, according to which you are obliged to provide proof of knowledge of any of the foreign languages such as English, French, German, Italian and Spanish when applying.<\/p>\n

"Haxhi Zeka" University in Peja, based on this administrative instruction, requires A1 level for all those who wish to apply for master's studies.<\/p>\n
