Within the framework of the “Mush Link” project, funded by Erasmus+, Prof. Dr. Nexhdet Shala delivered an informative and professional lecture on the role and opportunities of mushroom production. During the session, he emphasized the importance of using natural substrates, presenting them as a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative for mushroom cultivation.
