This strategic orientation aims to position this faculty as an academic leader in the field of tourism, hospitality and the environment, not only at the national level, but also beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Faculty is currently in the final phase of reviewing its program offering, a process built on the analysis of the real needs of the labor market in the tourism and hospitality sector, one of the sectors with the most development potential for Kosovo. This review goes beyond formal changes and reflects an analytical approach that addresses the structural transformations of the tourism industry, contemporary service standards and the demand for advanced professional competencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Special attention is being paid to the harmonization of study programs with the levels of the National Qualifications Framework, ensuring coherence between study cycles, increased employability of graduates, and comparability with European higher education practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An important role in this process is also played by the Winter University - UNIVIN, already a consolidated academic tradition, which has served as an interdisciplinary platform for connecting teaching, scientific research and professional practice, strengthening the innovative profile of this faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In parallel, analytical and strategic documents are being prepared that support this transformation with data and clear development orientations. The will and commitment of academic and administrative staff at all levels constitute a strong guarantee that this process is sustainable and long-term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The match between managerial vision, academic capacities and market needs creates the basis for the Faculty of Tourism, Hospitality and Environmental Management to become one of the key segments of the University 4.0 model of \"Haxhi Zeka\" University, affirming itself not only as an academic unit, but as a strategic actor of economic and social
