The management of the \"Haxhi Zeka\" University in Peja, headed by the Rector, Prof. Dr. Armand Krasniqi<\/strong>hosted today in a meeting the representatives of SHER<\/strong>, headed by program leader, Mr. Aqim Emurli<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting took place in a constructive spirit of cooperation and institutional partnership<\/strong>,<\/strong> focusing on Recent achievements and results of the 3rd Conference of the Regional Economic Forum \u2013 FER-D<\/strong>, which was assessed as an important platform for strengthening the connection between higher education, the public and private sectors, as well as for promoting regional economic development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, the parties discussed future joint activities<\/strong>, in accordance with request for institutional support<\/strong> addressed by the \"Haxhi Zeka\" University at SHER. In this context, it was emphasized that The focus of cooperation in the next phase will be the review of the Statute of \"Haxhi Zeka\" University, as well as the drafting and improvement of the Regulation for the evaluation of the performance of academic staff.<\/strong>, with the aim of increasing transparency, meritocracy and quality in academic and managerial processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rector Krasniqi expressed gratitude for the cooperation so far and for the continued support of SHER, emphasizing UHZ's commitment to advancing university governance and building modern mechanisms for assessing academic performance, in line with European higher education standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For his part, Mr. Aqim Emurli praised the role and potential of \"Haxhi Zeka\" University, reaffirming the readiness of SHER to contribute with professional expertise in the processes of reviewing the Statute and in the development of the regulation for evaluating the performance of academic staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting concluded with mutual agreement for continued coordination and concretization of the next steps, in order to strengthen institutional cooperation and achieve common strategic objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
