This concept represents a natural evolution of universities, which are no longer limited to the classic function of teaching and scientific research, but are transformed into centers of economic development, innovation, entrepreneurship and knowledge transfer. University 4.0 is built according to the Triple Helix Model, where the interaction between university, industry and government creates a functional ecosystem that generates new social, technological and economic values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In this development logic, the \u201cHaxhi Zeka\u201d University in Peja is increasingly consolidating its role as a modern institution oriented towards innovation, regional development and academic leadership.
