Ai n\u00ebnvizoi domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e organizimit t\u00eb takimeve t\u00eb tilla, t\u00eb cilat sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si platforma ky\u00e7e p\u00ebr koordinim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm, zgjidhjen e sfidave t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta dhe avancimin e q\u00ebllimeve strategjike p\u00ebr zhvillim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb seminarit, nj\u00eb nga fjalimet m\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse u mbajt nga Rektori i Universitetit \u201cHaxhi Zeka\u201d n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, Prof. Dr. Armand Krasniqi, i cili solli n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje sfidat strukturore me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballen institucionet e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Ai theksoi se universitetet shpesh veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb periferi t\u00eb proceseve zhvillimore, t\u00eb kufizuara nga barriera q\u00eb pengojn\u00eb avancimin e shkenc\u00ebs, inovacionit dhe ndikimit shoq\u00ebror. \u201cP\u00ebr aq koh\u00eb sa k\u00ebto margjina nuk tejkalohen, institucionet e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb do t\u00eb mbesin t\u00eb izoluara nga zhvillimet reale, duke mos arritur t\u00eb luajn\u00eb rolin e tyre thelb\u00ebsor n\u00eb p\u00ebrparimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb,\u201d u shpreh Rektori Krasniqi. Ai b\u00ebri thirrje p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb mjedisi m\u00eb t\u00eb hapur dhe bashk\u00ebpunues, ku universitetet, sektori privat dhe institucionet publike t\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb si partner\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb model t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm zhvillimi, duke e lidhur k\u00ebt\u00eb qasje me konceptin e heliksit t\u00eb kat\u00ebrfisht\u00eb por edhe at\u00eb t\u00eb gjasht\u00ebfisht\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga pikat ky\u00e7e t\u00eb fjalimit t\u00eb Rektorit Krasniqi ishte r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e avancimit t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb biznesit n\u00eb rajon si nj\u00eb komponent thelb\u00ebsor i zhvillimit t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm. Ai theksoi se shum\u00eb biznese lokale ende nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb konsoliduara departamente t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb burimeve njer\u00ebzore, \u00e7ka krijon v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi serioze p\u00ebr institucionet e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb ofrimin e p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs praktike p\u00ebr student\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas tij, mungesa e strukturave profesionale brenda bizneseve jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb e kufizon mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e trajnimit t\u00eb student\u00ebve n\u00eb kushte reale pune, por gjithashtu pengon nd\u00ebrlidhjen e arsimit me nevojat konkrete t\u00eb tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij, Rektori theksoi se bashk\u00ebpunimi i ngusht\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet <strong>universiteteve, sektorit privat dhe institucioneve qeveritare<\/strong> \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsor p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb klime t\u00eb favorshme p\u00ebr inovacion dhe rritje t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshm. Rektori Krasniqi theksoi se \u00ebsht\u00eb koha q\u00eb universitetet t\u00eb marrin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre si katalizator\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshimit, duke kaluar nga roli pasiv n\u00eb nj\u00eb rol proaktiv, ku kontributi akademik b\u00ebhet motor zhvillimi p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ngjarja u hap nga Komandanti i Komand\u00ebs Rajonale Per\u00ebndim, Kolonel Francesco Errico, nd\u00ebrsa pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs ishin edhe rektor\u00ebt e Universiteteve \u201cUkshin Hoti\u201d n\u00eb Prizren dhe \u201cFehmi Agani\u201d n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndan\u00eb p\u00ebrvojat dhe vizionet e tyre p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim nd\u00ebrinstitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seminari u p\u00ebrmbyll me diskutime t\u00eb hapura dhe shk\u00ebmbim simbolik dhuratash, duke reflektuar p\u00ebrkushtimin e t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebve p\u00ebr thellimin e bashk\u00ebpunimit dhe forcimin e rolit t\u00eb
