N\u00eb mbledhjen e mbajtur n\u00eb dat\u00eb 29 shkurt 2024, K\u00ebshilli Drejtues i universitetit \u201cHaxhi Zeka\u201d n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, me propozim t\u00eb rektorit, prof.dr. Armand Krasniqi, ka themeluar Qendr\u00ebn p\u00ebr Paqe dhe t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut \u2013 QPDNJ.
Q\u00ebllimi i QPDNJ \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi dhe avancimi i njohurive n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut, t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs humanitare, t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs sociale dhe ekonomike\/biznesore, barazis\u00eb gjinore, zhvillimit t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, vendosjes s\u00eb shtetit ligjor dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb vendet e tjera t\u00eb krijuara gjat\u00eb tranzicionit nga autokracia n\u00eb demokraci jan\u00eb q\u00ebllimet kryesore t\u00eb QPDNJ-s\u00eb.
QPDNJ do t\u00eb rris\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin e student\u00ebve, personelit akademik e jo akademik dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe shtrirjen e ides\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut dhe lirive individuale si dhe t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb klim\u00eb p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb tyre. Fush\u00ebveprimtaria e QPDNJ shtrihet n\u00eb arsim, shkenc\u00eb, promovim publik t\u00eb ides\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut, ofrimin e ndih\u00ebms ligjore, sh\u00ebrbime p\u00ebr institucione qeveritare dhe jo qeveritare, mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb pun\u00ebs vullnetare e t\u00eb ngjashme.
N\u00eb dokumentin e draftuar p\u00ebr QPDNJ vizioni i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb: \u201cNd\u00ebrtimin e paqes, mbrojtjes dhe promovimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave dhe lirive t\u00eb njeriut duke i avancuar dhe promovuar metodat e p\u00ebrshatashme t\u00eb zgjidhjes s\u00eb konflikteve n\u00eb nivel individual, grupor dhe politik. Qendra do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjen e vet\u00ebdijshme n\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian si nj\u00eb projekt me vler\u00eb p\u00ebr paqen dhe p\u00ebr marrjen e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr fatin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit n\u00eb planetin Tok\u00eb. Misioni i QPDNJ \u00ebsht\u00eb: nd\u00ebrtimi dhe fuqizimi i kapaciteteve njer\u00ebzore, projektimi dhe zbatimi i iniciativave t\u00eb personalit akademik, administrativ student\u00ebve, qytetar\u00ebve dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile p\u00ebr angazhim m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm drejt ndryshimeve pozitive sociale n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn e krijimit dhe forcimit kontributit akademik \u2013 universitar dhe sundimit t\u00eb ligjit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Universiteti \u201cHaxhi Zeka\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrkushtuar t\u00eb punoj\u00eb p\u00ebr avansimin e dinjitetit, liris\u00eb, drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe siguris\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit dhe edukimit transformues p\u00ebr paqe dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb njeriut. Na sjednici odr\u017eanoj 29. februara 2024. godine Upravno vije\u0107e Univerziteta \u201eHaxhi Zeka\u201c u Pe\u0107i, na prijedlog rektora prof.dr. Armand Krasniqi, osnovalo je Centar za mir i ljudska prava – CMLJP. UPRAVNO VIJE\u0106E UNIVERZITETA “HAXHI ZEKA” OSNIVA CENTAR ZA MIR I LJUDSKA PRAVA – CMLJP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Svrha CMLJP-a je pobolj\u0161anje i unapre\u0111enje znanja iz oblasti ljudskih prava, humanitarnog prava, socijalnog i ekonomskog\/poslovnog prava, rodne ravnopravnosti, razvoja demokratije, uspostavljanja vladavine prava i civilnog dru\u0161tva u Republici Kosova, i drugim zemljama koje su nastale tokom tranzicije iz autokratije u demokratiju.
CMLJP \u0107e pove\u0107ati svijest studenata, akademskog i neakademskog osoblja i svih gra\u0111ana o zna\u010daju i pro\u0161irenju ideje ljudskih prava i individualnih sloboda, kao i stvaranje klime za njihovo puno uva\u017eavanje. Podru\u010dje djelovanja CMLJP prote\u017ee se na obrazovanje, nauku, javno promicanje ideje ljudskih prava, pru\u017eanje pravne pomo\u0107i, usluge za vladine i nevladine institucije, podr\u0161ku dobrovoljnom radu i sl.
U dokumentu koji je izra\u0111en za CMLJP, vizija ovog centra je: \u201eIzgradnja mira, za\u0161tita i promocija ljudskih prava i sloboda kroz unapre\u0111enje i promoviranje odgovaraju\u0107ih metoda rje\u0161avanja sukoba na individualnom, grupnom i politi\u010dkom nivou\u201c. Centar \u0107e podr\u017eati svjesno uklju\u010divanje \u010dlanstvom u Evropskoj uniji kao vrijedan projekat za mir i preuzimanje odgovornosti za zajedni\u010dku sudbinu \u010dovje\u010danstva na planeti Zemlji. Misija CMLJP je: Izgradnja i ja\u010danje ljudskih kapaciteta, osmi\u0161ljavanje i implementacija inicijativa akademskog osoblja, administrativnog osoblja, studenata, gra\u0111ana i civilnog dru\u0161tva za sna\u017eniji anga\u017eman ka pozitivnim dru\u0161tvenim promjenama u sferi stvaranja i ja\u010danja akademsko-univerzitetskog doprinosa i vladavine zakona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the meeting held on February 29, 2024, the Steering Committee of the “Haxhi Zeka” University in Peja, at the proposal of the rector, prof. Dr. Armand Krasniqi founded the Centre for Peace and Human Rights \u2013 CPHR.
The purpose of the CPHR is to improve and advance knowledge in the fields of human rights, humanitarian law, social and economic\/business law, gender equality, the development of democracy, the establishment of the rule of law and civil society in the Republic of Kosovo and in the other countries created during the transition from autocracy to democracy are the main goals of the CPHR.
CPHR will raise the awareness of students, academic and non-academic personnel, and all citizens about the importance and scope of the idea of human rights and individual freedoms and create a climate for their full appreciation. The activities of CPHR extend to education, science, public promotion of the idea of human rights, provision of legal aid, services for governmental and non-governmental institutions, support of voluntary work, and similar.
In the document drafted for the CPHR, its vision is: “Building peace, protecting and promoting human rights and freedoms by advancing and promoting appropriate conflict resolution methods at the individual, group and political level.” The Centre will support conscious involvement in membership of the European Union as a valuable project for peace and for taking responsibility for the common destiny of humanity on planet Earth. The mission of CPHR is: \u201cBuilding and strengthening human capacities, designing and implementing initiatives of academic staff, administrative staff, students, citizens, and civil society for stronger engagement towards positive social changes in the sphere of creating and strengthening academic – university contribution and governance of the law\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
