Ky memorandum mir\u00ebkuptimi u n\u00ebnshkrua nga rektori i UHZ dhe drejtori i IKAF z. Bujar Krasniqi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objektiv kryesor i k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje \u00ebsht\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi i ngusht\u00eb reciprok p\u00ebr arsim cil\u00ebsor, organizim t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb trajnimeve dhe p\u00ebr edukim profesional gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb fokus p\u00ebrfitimin e student\u00ebve t\u00eb UHZ-s\u00eb.
