OFFICE P<\/strong>\u00cb<\/strong>RK<\/strong>\u00cb<\/strong>SCIENTIFIC OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Within the framework of the numerous activities that \u201cHaxhi Zeka\u201d University carries out, one of the main activities is the functionalization of the Office for Scientific Research. The main purpose of this office is to identify the requirements and encourage academic staff for scientific research. Also, through the activities of this office, the aim is to promote quality in scientific work and encourage career advancement and reward the efforts and dedication of scientific researchers.<\/p>\n

The Office for Scientific Research is responsible for:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Organizing and coordinating the work of the Scientific Research Office;<\/li>\n
  2. Supporting the professional development of academic staff;<\/li>\n
  3. Coordination of the work of publishing university textbooks according to the Publications Regulation;<\/li>\n
  4. Supporting applications for small local research projects;<\/li>\n
  5. Overseeing the administration and monitoring of small local research projects;<\/li>\n
  6. Supporting applications for financial support for the publication of scientific papers in international journals indexed in Web of Science and SCOPUS;<\/li>\n
  7. Supporting applications for financial support for participation in international scientific conferences;<\/li>\n
  8. Maintaining the research section on the institution's official website;<\/li>\n
  9. Maintaining the database for scientific activities;<\/li>\n
  10. Management and organization of the "Best Paper of the Year" award, in collaboration with the Scientific Research Group;<\/li>\n
  11. Management and organization of the "Researcher of the Year" award, in collaboration with the Scientific Research Group;<\/li>\n
  12. Drafting and updating the database of scientific activities of the academic staff of the institution;<\/li>\n
  13. Compilation of information, analyses and various statistical reports for the needs of the institution, related to the scientific activities of the academic staff;<\/li>\n
  14. The Coordinator of the Office for Scientific Research reports operationally to the Secretary General, while for professional matters related to work duties, he reports and coordinates work with the Vice-Rector for Teaching, Student Affairs and Scientific Research.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    With the systematization of jobs, the Scientific Research Office currently consists of the Scientific Research Coordinator.<\/p>\n
