Kjo krijon nj\u00eb boshll\u00ebk serioz nd\u00ebrmjet nevojave reale t\u00eb tregut dhe asaj q\u00eb universitetet arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb p\u00ebrmes programeve studimore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, universitetet po p\u00ebrballen me nj\u00eb paradoks t\u00eb madh institucional: ato vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatisin student\u00eb p\u00ebr profesione q\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb m\u00eb shpejt sesa vet\u00eb cikli i studimeve universitare. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e njohurive teknike q\u00eb studenti fiton n\u00eb vitin e par\u00eb t\u00eb studimeve mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb tashm\u00eb pjes\u00ebrisht t\u00eb tejkaluara n\u00eb momentin kur ai diplomohet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ky fenomen nuk duhet kuptuar si d\u00ebshtim i universiteteve, por si rezultat i nj\u00eb transformimi global shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb, i cili po ndryshon vet\u00eb natyr\u00ebn e dijes, profesionit dhe pun\u00ebs. P\u00ebr dekada me radh\u00eb, universitetet kan\u00eb funksionuar si institucione relativisht stabile t\u00eb transferimit t\u00eb njohurive. Sot, megjithat\u00eb, njohuria nuk ka m\u00eb karakter statik. Ajo po prodhohet, p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsohet dhe z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet me ritme eksponenciale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb shum\u00eb fusha, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb teknologji, financa, inteligjenc\u00eb artificiale, marketing digjital, automatizim dhe ekonomi t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna, aft\u00ebsit\u00eb profesionale kan\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cjet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsi\u201d gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr. Kjo po e detyron arsimin e lart\u00eb t\u00eb rishqyrtoj\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrmbajtjen e programeve, por vet\u00eb filozofin\u00eb mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar modeli tradicional universitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr mesazhet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb u artikulua gjat\u00eb konferenc\u00ebs ishte se universiteti i s\u00eb ardhmes nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb institucion i diplomimit formal, por duhet t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb platform\u00eb dinamike t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, po b\u00ebhet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb e qart\u00eb se diploma universitare nuk mund t\u00eb konsiderohet m\u00eb si \u201cprodukti final\u201d i edukimit, por si fillimi i nj\u00eb procesi t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm t\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimit profesional dhe rikualifikimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, shum\u00eb universitete evropiane po kalojn\u00eb gradualisht drejt modeleve m\u00eb fleksibile t\u00eb organizimit akademik, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb mikro-kredencialet, modulet afatshkurtra, programet hibride, bashk\u00eb-krijimin e kurrikulave me industrin\u00eb, laborator\u00ebt e inovacionit dhe integrimin shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb praktik\u00ebs profesionale n\u00eb procesin m\u00ebsimor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb dimension tjet\u00ebr shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm i diskutimeve kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte me faktin se transformimet teknologjike nuk po ndikojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm profesionet teknike. Edhe juridiku, ekonomia, bankat, administrata publike, turizmi, media, edukimi dhe sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsia po kalojn\u00eb procese t\u00eb thella transformimi p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb inteligjenc\u00ebs artificiale, automatizimit dhe platformave digjitale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo n\u00ebnkupton se universitetet nuk mund t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb organizohen mbi logjik\u00ebn tradicionale t\u00eb disiplinave t\u00eb izoluara. Tregu modern k\u00ebrkon kompetenca nd\u00ebrdisiplinore, adaptueshm\u00ebri, mendim kritik, kreativitet, etik\u00eb profesionale dhe aft\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb menaxhuar ndryshimin. Pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebto jan\u00eb kompetencat q\u00eb universitetet duhet t\u00eb vendosin n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb reformave t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb ardhshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr, universitetet e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor p\u00ebrballen me nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb. Nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb, ato duhet t\u00eb harmonizohen me standardet evropiane t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarizimit dhe k\u00ebrkimit shkencor; nd\u00ebrsa nga ana tjet\u00ebr duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen ndaj transformimeve t\u00eb shpejta t\u00eb tregjeve lokale dhe rajonale t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat shpesh ndryshojn\u00eb m\u00eb shpejt sesa vet\u00eb kapacitetet institucionale t\u00eb universiteteve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu q\u00ebndron edhe mund\u00ebsia m\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebr universitetet m\u00eb dinamike dhe m\u00eb fleksibile t\u00eb rajonit. Universitetet q\u00eb arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb lidhje t\u00eb forta me industrin\u00eb, komunat, sektorin privat, qendrat e inovacionit dhe ekosistemet lokale t\u00eb zhvillimit, do t\u00eb jen\u00eb ato q\u00eb do t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb mbeten relevante n\u00eb dekadat e ardhshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diskutimet n\u00eb Rectors&#8217; Forum of Southeast Europe and Western Balkans treguan qart\u00eb se arsimi i lart\u00eb po hyn n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb re historike. Sfida m\u00eb e madhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb vet\u00ebm krijimi i dijes, por aft\u00ebsia institucionale p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar, transformuar dhe reaguar me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin rit\u00ebm me t\u00eb cilin transformohet shoq\u00ebria moderne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb fund, pyetja thelb\u00ebsore nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00ebse universitetet duhet t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb.
