Aqim Emurli<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takimi u zhvillua n\u00eb nj\u00eb <strong>frym\u00eb konstruktive bashk\u00ebpunimi dhe partneriteti institucional<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> duke u fokusuar n\u00eb <strong>arritjet e fundit dhe rezultatet e Konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb III-t\u00eb t\u00eb Forumit Ekonomik Rajonal \u2013 FER-D<\/strong>, e cila u vler\u00ebsua si nj\u00eb platform\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr forcimin e lidhjes nd\u00ebrmjet arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, sektorit publik dhe atij privat, si dhe p\u00ebr nxitjen e zhvillimit ekonomik rajonal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb takimit, pal\u00ebt diskutuan p\u00ebr <strong>aktivitetet e ardhshme t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta<\/strong>, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me <strong>k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje institucionale<\/strong> t\u00eb adresuar nga Universiteti \u201cHaxhi Zeka\u201d pran\u00eb SHER. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr, u theksua se <strong>fokusi i bashk\u00ebpunimit n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e radh\u00ebs do t\u00eb jet\u00eb rishikimi i Statutit t\u00eb Universitetit \u201cHaxhi Zeka\u201d, si dhe hartimi dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i Rregullores p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb personelit akademik<\/strong>, me synim rritjen e transparenc\u00ebs, meritokracis\u00eb dhe cil\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb proceset akademike dhe menaxheriale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rektori Krasniqi shprehu mir\u00ebnjohje p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunimin e deritanish\u00ebm dhe p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e vazhdueshme t\u00eb SHER, duke theksuar angazhimin e UHZ-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb avancuar qeverisjen universitare dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar mekanizma modern\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs akademike, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me standardet evropiane t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga ana e tij, z. Aqim Emurli vler\u00ebsoi rolin dhe potencialin e Universitetit \u201cHaxhi Zeka\u201d, duke riafirmuar gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e SHER p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuar me ekspertiz\u00eb profesionale n\u00eb proceset e rishikimit t\u00eb Statutit dhe n\u00eb zhvillimin e rregullores p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb personelit akademik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takimi u p\u00ebrmbyll me dakordim t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb p\u00ebr koordinim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm dhe konkretizim t\u00eb hapave t\u00eb radh\u00ebs, n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb forcimit t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit
