\u201cCompetent student- Experienced Graduate\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projekti nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar NAWA 2, i financuar nga Fondacioni NAWA dhe i mb\u00ebshtetur nga Komisioni Evropian, ka nisur zyrtarisht me takimin e par\u00eb \u201ckick-off\u201d t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb Opole t\u00eb Polonis\u00eb. Ky projekt, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb vazhdim i faz\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebparshme q\u00eb kishte p\u00ebrfunduar dy vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, synon zhvillimin e kompetencave t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme t\u00eb student\u00ebve evropian\u00eb. N\u00eb projekt marrin pjes\u00eb gjithsej 45 student\u00eb nga pes\u00eb universitete partnere, me nga n\u00ebnt\u00eb student\u00eb p\u00ebr secilin institucion. Ata do t\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb grupe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebrmes projekteve t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb menaxhuara nga ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb universiteteve pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse, duke fituar p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb praktike dhe shkatht\u00ebsi t\u00eb avancuara profesionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aktivitetet e projektit do t\u00eb zhvillohen p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb pes\u00eb workshop-eve kryesore. I pari do t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb Universitetin Mendel n\u00eb Brno, \u00c7eki, nga 16 deri m\u00eb 20 shkurt 2026, me fokus n\u00eb zhvillimin e potencialit t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb student\u00ebve n\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore. M\u00eb pas, nga 27 deri m\u00eb 30 prill 2026, Universiteti \u201cAleksand\u00ebr Moisiu\u201d n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs do t\u00eb pres\u00eb workshop-in e dyt\u00eb, i cili trajton kompetencat e q\u00ebndrueshme n\u00eb turiz\u00ebm dhe vler\u00ebsimin e potencialeve turistike e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Workshop-i i tret\u00eb do t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb Universitetin \u201cHaxhi Zeka\u201d n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, nga 1 deri m\u00eb 5 shtator 2026, me tem\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb kulturore dhe historike dhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e ruajtjes s\u00eb saj n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb moderne. Nga 1 deri m\u00eb 6 n\u00ebntor 2027, Universiteti i Valencias n\u00eb Spanj\u00eb do t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb aktivitetin e radh\u00ebs me fokus n\u00eb menaxhimin e burimeve njer\u00ebzore, nj\u00eb institucion q\u00eb krenohet me nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb mbi 550-vje\u00e7are. Takimi p\u00ebrmbyll\u00ebs i projektit do t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb Universitetin e Opoles n\u00eb Poloni, n\u00eb shkurt 2027, ku do t\u00eb zhvillohet edhe mbyllja zyrtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student\u00ebt pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs do t\u00eb pajisen me nga nj\u00eb certifikat\u00eb dhe 1 ECTS kredit p\u00ebr secilin workshop. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb projektit, ata do t\u00eb marrin edhe nj\u00eb certifikat\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt q\u00eb v\u00ebrteton fitimin e 5 ECTS krediteve gjithsej. Projekti NAWA 2 synon t\u00eb forcoj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar midis universiteteve, t\u00eb rris\u00eb kompetencat profesionale dhe nd\u00ebrkulturore t\u00eb student\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb rrjete afatgjata akademike e profesionale, duke u ofruar atyre nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb vlefshme p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitje dhe zhvillim p\u00ebr tregun modern t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The international project \u201cNAWA 2\u201d begins with five European partner universities
\u201cCompetent Student \u2013 Experienced Graduate\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The international NAWA 2 project, funded by the NAWA Foundation and supported by the European Commission, has officially begun with the first \u201ckick-off\u201d meeting held in Opole, Poland. This project, which is a continuation of the previous phase that concluded two years ago, aims to develop sustainable competencies among European students. A total of 45 students from five partner universities are participating in the project, with nine students from each institution. They will work in international groups through small projects managed by experts from the participating universities, gaining practical experience and advanced professional skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project activities will take place across five main workshops. The first will be held at Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic, from 16 to 20 February 2026, focusing on the development of sustainable potential for students in the contemporary economy. Next, from 27 to 30 April 2026, the \u201cAleksand\u00ebr Moisiu\u201d University in Durr\u00ebs will host the second workshop, which addresses sustainable competencies in tourism and the assessment of tourism potential and national heritage. The third workshop will take place at \u201cHaxhi Zeka\u201d University in Pej\u00eb, from 1 to 5 September 2026, focusing on cultural and historical heritage and its importance in modern society. From 1 to 6 November 2027, the University of Valencia in Spain will organize the next activity, centered on management with a particular focus on human resource management; this university is renowned for its more than 550-year-old tradition. The final meeting of the project will be held at the University of Opole in Poland, in February 2027, where the official closing ceremony will also take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participating students will receive a certificate and 1 ECTS credit for each workshop. At the end of the project, they will also receive a joint certificate confirming the completion of a total of 5 ECTS credits. The NAWA 2 project aims to strengthen international cooperation among universities, enhance students\u2019 professional and intercultural competencies, and create long-term academic and professional networks, offering them a valuable opportunity for preparation and development for the modern European labor market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
