N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tryez\u00eb, e cila u drejtua nga prof.dr. Myzafere Limani, Kryetare e K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Shkenc\u00ebs, u diskutua mbi sfidat dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb lidhen me zbatimin e Programit t\u00eb Shkenc\u00ebs 2023\u20132030, si dhe mbi rolin q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb universitetet publike n\u00eb zhvillimin shkencor e inovativ t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr diskutimet kryesore u mbajt nga prof.dr. Armand Krasniqi, Rektor i Universitetit \u201cHaxhi Zeka\u201d n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, i cili trajtoi tem\u00ebn: \u201cCili do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishte roli i K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Shkenc\u00ebs i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb dinamizimin dhe fuqizimin e profilizimit shkencor t\u00eb universiteteve publike n\u00eb vend.\u201d<\/em> N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij, rektori Krasniqi theksoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi m\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet universiteteve dhe K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Shkenc\u00ebs n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb implementimit t\u00eb Programit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Shkenc\u00ebs, duke n\u00ebnvizuar nevoj\u00ebn q\u00eb ky program t\u00eb rezultoj\u00eb me nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb arkitekture t\u00eb re institucionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rektori Krasniqi propozoi krijimin e mekanizmave t\u00eb rinj si Fondi Komb\u00ebtar i K\u00ebrkimit dhe Inovacionit<\/strong>, Agjencia p\u00ebr Vler\u00ebsim dhe Integritet Shkencor<\/strong>, Agjencia p\u00ebr Infrastruktur\u00eb K\u00ebrkimore<\/strong> I Rrjeti Komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Transferin e Teknologjis\u00eb<\/strong> \u2013 institucione q\u00eb do ta lidhin strategjin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare me veprimin praktik dhe do t\u00eb forcojn\u00eb ndikimin shkencor t\u00eb universiteteve publike n\u00eb zhvillimin ekonomik dhe shoq\u00ebror t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e tryez\u00ebs ndan\u00eb mendime dhe sugjerime konkrete mbi m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si mund t\u00eb fuqizohet m\u00eb tej ekosistemi i k\u00ebrkimit shkencor n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke e par\u00eb at\u00eb si nj\u00eb faktor ky\u00e7 n\u00eb profilizimin e universiteteve dhe rritjen e besueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre brenda dhe jasht\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
