Megjithat\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar nga potenciali n\u00eb realitet, nevojitet nj\u00eb <strong>qasje e koordinuar dhe strategjike<\/strong>, q\u00eb adreson sfidat e shumta q\u00eb e ngadal\u00ebsojn\u00eb zhvillimin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Raporti rekomandon hartimin e nj\u00eb Plani t\u00eb P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt Veprimi p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn 2025\u20132030<\/strong>, me p\u00ebrfshirjen e t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebve ky\u00e7e: institucione publike, universitetet, sektori privat dhe shoq\u00ebria civile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pikat kryesore q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb veprim t\u00eb menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e industris\u00eb s\u00eb turizmit jan\u00eb:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Investime t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme n\u00eb <strong>infrastruktur\u00eb, marketing digjital dhe teknologji t\u00eb reja<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zhvillimi i <strong>programeve t\u00eb edukimit profesional dhe certifikimeve t\u00eb dedikuara p\u00ebr turiz\u00ebm<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fuqizimi i dialogut publik\u2013privat<\/strong> p\u00ebr hartimin e politikave zhvillimore,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs s\u00eb turist\u00ebve p\u00ebrmes <strong>profesionalizmit, standardeve t\u00eb larta dhe orientimit t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb ofert\u00ebs turistike<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb thelb, raporti b\u00ebn thirrje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb <strong>mobilizim t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt institucional dhe
