Pjesa e dyt\u00eb e Programit me student\u00ebt dhe profesorin e UHZ-s\u00eb, vazhdon prej dat\u00ebs 26.06.2023 deri m\u00eb 15.07.2023. N\u00eb jav\u00ebn e par\u00eb ligj\u00ebratat u mbajt\u00ebn online, gjat\u00eb jav\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb, nga 02.07.2023 – 09.07.2023, Projekti zhvillohet me pjes\u00ebmarrjen personale n\u00eb Poloni dhe gjat\u00eb jav\u00ebs s\u00eb tret\u00eb p\u00ebrfundon me aktivitetet online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projekti u drejtohet student\u00ebve t\u00eb fakulteteve t\u00eb biznesit nga universitetet evropiane. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb edicion marrin pjes\u00eb 22 student\u00eb nga: Italia, Kroacia, Kosova, Turqia, Skotlanda, \u00c7ekia dhe Polonia, s\u00eb bashku me nga nj\u00eb profesor nga Universitetet e k\u00ebtyre 7 vendeve evropiane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prof.dr. Edmond Beqiri gjat\u00eb muajit Prill 2023 ka mbajtur nga distanca ligj\u00ebrat\u00ebn n\u00eb tem\u00ebn: \u201cDesign and Management of study Program based on the student workload\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb 04.07.2023 prezantoi me pjes\u00ebmarrje personale ligj\u00ebrat\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb tem\u00ebn: \u201cIntegrating Design Thinking into organizations\u201d. Vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e UHZ<\/a>-s\u00eb, jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuar dhe kreativ\u00eb n\u00eb 4 ekipet 3-an\u00ebtar\u00ebshe ku marrin pjes\u00eb, dhe me kompetenc\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb jan\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs t\u00eb Projektit q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb metoda moderne t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies dhe simulim kompjuterik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobility of the UHZ students and staff at University of Technology in Lodz, Poland<\/strong>
Four UHZ students: Agnesa Boshnjaku (student of Business Infomatics), Erseka Jakupi (student of Business Management), Valentina Murati (student of Human Resources Management) and Yll Boshnjaku (student of Business Informatics) led by Prof.dr. Edmond Beqiri, are part of the European Program on the topic: “Design thinking in the search for innovative solutions in an international environment”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students and professor are selected after applying in the Competition announced on the UHZ website. The recruitment was made by the European experts of the SPINAKER Program – Intensive International Education Programs. The 3-week intensive project is organized at the Technological University, Faculty of Management and Organization in Lodz, Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program that ends with 9 ECTS credits earned, is held in the “hybrid” system – part of the hours are held remotely and part of the hours are held in person, with one-week stay at the L\u00f3dz University of Technology in Poland, including: seminars, simulations and company visits. The second part of the Program with the students and professor of UHZ, continues from 26.06.2023 to 15.07.2023. In the first week the lectures were held online, during the second week, from 02.07.2023 – 09.07.2023, with a personal appearance in Poland and during the third week it ends with online activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project is aimed for students of business faculties from European universities. In this edition of the Project, 22 students from: Italy, Croatia, Kosovo, Turkey, Scotland, the Czech Republic and Poland, together with a professor from their 7 European Universities, are participate in the Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prof. Edmond Beqiri during the month of April 2023 delivered the lecture remotely on the topic: “Design and Management of Study Program based on the student workload”, while on 04.07.2023 he presented another lecture on the topic: “Integrating Design Thinking into Organizations” with a personal lecture in Poland. It is worth noting that UHZ representatives were very hardworking and creative in the 4 of 3-member teams that participate, and they were fully competent in the project using modern teaching methods and computer simulation.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
